DeAnn Hartman
Founder/President
DeAnn Hartman, has extensive experience in board management as well as conference planning and management, including contracting, budgeting, invoicing and preparing financial reports. She worked for 20 years for the Association of Washington Cities as the Meeting Planner. She created and managed the events department and was responsible for dozens of meetings and conferences each year, ranging from large conferences with over 500 attendees to small educational workshops.

Brett Hartman
Vice President
Brett Hartman has been with Hartmanagement since 2017. He is responsible for all training, with an emphasis on online learning. He works closely with DeAnn to provide board services. He oversees the virtual platforms to provide webinars and virtual meetings. He coordinates with board members and speakers to make sure they are comfortable with the technology.

We have proven experience with budget management, invoicing tracking and reporting for an association. We frequently report to the board, both by formal reporting, and informally making sure the President is aware of issues as they arise. We place an emphasis on ensuring that decisions and procedures are transparent.
